I am running the Flawed Hero Marathon 2026. The Flawed Hero Marathon is a great opportunity for me to acknowledge the great work The Garden House Hospice do in caring for individuals during their ongoing battles with cancer; it’s a dignified and peaceful space for individuals and families to be be together in the final days of life and to spend as much time as possible together. I’m grateful to the Hospice for giving Rebecca this sanctuary and allowing us as a family to not just say goodbye but have our final laughs and memorable moments. When the clock strikes midnight between the 25th & 26th April, I’ll join 300 others in Letchworth to take on 26.2 miles. Not to chase a finish time, but to show up with purpose, and support something that matters. The Flawed Hero Movement is rooted in connection and compassion and I’m raising funds as part of this journey, for a cause close to my heart. Your support, in any form will be warmly received. I’ll be donating the £500 target myself, people have given so much in Rebecca’s name over the years and I’m grateful; if you can give anything, that would be awesome and the Hospice and I would be grateful.
