Ever since Oct 2023 I have been in a court battle after court battle, and for two years I had a failure of a lawyer who didn't file anything I requested. I showed the bar he didn't call me back for 6 months.
Now I have a lawyer who's doing something, but I can't keep up with the bills. I am trying to pay a lawyer for court for a permanent custody hearing, to keep the kids homeschooled, have access to their preferred activities, and to hold him accountable for all of the things he doesn't believe he's accountable for.
- My divorce decree did not include custody or child support. It was supposed to. It's never been heard in court despite my pleas.
- I have no retirement as the separation agreement outlined.
- When he reduced child support and then stopped paying, I had no legal reinforcement from the state.
- I need to file a breach of contract for that.
