Support My Recovery From Spinal Tumor

UPDATE:
So many thanks to everyone who helped me and made my surgery possible. I apologise for the lack of update; since recovering from surgery, life has been a whirlwind of follow-up appointments, getting settled back in at work, and unfortunately I haven't been managing my physical or mental health as well as I should have.
The dust has mostly settled from the surgery (I am mostly pain free, and my stamina is slowly creeping back to what it once was), and the good news is that the tumour was benign and they got all of it. The doctors are somewhat mystified as to its cause, and for those and other reasons, they want me to have some more tests done (including x-rays and another MRI) to both monitor my recovery and more importantly, make sure the tumour does not come back (long story short, it came from out of nowhere this time and there is a chance—if not a danger—of recurrence. Not much to worry about, so long as I'm able to keep getting checked.
And that's the problem. Although the last gofundme brought help and assistance beyond any I could ever have expected or hoped for, I ended up falling just short of my goal, and I still owe the hospital just under $600, which I need to pay before I can have any more tests or follow-up appointments. The good news is that I'm pretty close to hitting my out-of-pocket maximum this year through my insurance, so I'm very, very nearly at the point where nothing else I have to do this year will cost me anything.
But the down side is that I do still need help. I'm increasing the goal of this gofundme by $1,000, which will cover the money I currently owe to the hospital and also the next MRI and set of x-rays.
To all of you who have helped, whether by contributing or by sharing word of my situation, I thank you from the bottom of my heart; and this is the same whether you are now able to help or not. I am beyond thankful for your help, your kindness, affection, and love; as ever, I will do my absolute best to be worthy of it, and worthy of all of you.
Original post:
I am trying to raise money for urgent spinal surgery. A tumor obstructing my spinal canal has led to months of pain, numbness and an ultimate inability to even sleep (as the pain is at its worst when I lie down). Fortunately, I have excellent insurance; less fortunately, the MRIs and tests and doctor visits, in addition to the cost of the surgery itself, has proven to be far beyond my resources. Asking for help is difficult, but at this point I have no choice. Please help if you can.
