Support My Fight Against Sickle Cell Anemia

Donation protected
In February 2026, I will be undergoing a Stem Cell Transplant to cure my Sickle Cell Anemia. After 22 years of living with Sickle Cell Anemia type SS, I will be given a chance to live my life without numerous health complications.

For 22 years, I've dealt with weeks-long hospital stays, numerous medical appointments, multiple surgeries, chronic pain, respiratory issues, and much more. This transplant will give me the opportunity to live without any of these life challenges. I will get to go back to NCAT and continue to get my degree in Animal Science and work towards Medical School.

During this transplant, I will be undergoing chemotherapy, surgery, and a multiple-months-long recovery period to see if the transplant was successful. After the months-long hospital stay, I will be recovering at home under strict guidelines and protocols while my immune system gets back strong.

For the past year, I have had multiple doctor appointments every week, week/month-long hospital stays, stem cell collection admissions, surgery, blood exchanges, and more. This has resulted in me only being able to work 2 days a week. I've also missed a lot of work because of pain episodes and respiratory infections such as pneumonia. And as my chronic pain gets worse, it has become hard for me to work the two shifts that I have.

I am creating this GoFundMe to ask for support from the community and friends I have met throughout my life. Your support will allow me to focus on what matters most while managing life's regular challenges. Any donation is appreciated, and it would mean the world if you shared my story.

Thank you all so much for your support.

UPDATE: Thank you so much to everyone who donated to my GoFundMe. Your generosity, kindness, and support truly mean more to me than I can put into words. Every contribution, share, message, and prayer has made a real difference, and I’m incredibly grateful to be surrounded by so much love and community. Thank you for believing in me and for showing up during this time. I will never forget it.
