I never imagined I would have to write something like this. It took everything in me to even ask for help, but right now, I truly need it. What was supposed to be a routine 2-hour surgery turned into a 6½-hour fight for my life. After it was all over, I received the news that I’m now battling Stage 3A lung cancer. I’m grateful beyond words that I made it through because I was told things could have easily gone the other way. Now, I’m preparing to start chemotherapy, and this is where the real fight begins.

During treatment, I will be missing a lot of days from work, making it extremely difficult to keep up with everyday responsibilities. At the same time, my medical bills are already overwhelming and will only continue to grow as I go through chemotherapy. On top of that, I still have to manage rent, utilities, and basic living expenses while trying to focus on healing.

This is not easy for me to say—but I cannot do this alone. If you’re able to give, please know that nothing is too small. Every single dollar, every prayer, every share, and every word of encouragement truly matters. Your support will help take some of the weight off my shoulders so I can put my energy into what matters most—fighting this cancer and getting my life back.
