In May 2023, I was diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), a chronic liver disease with no cure—the only treatment is a liver transplant. Since then, I have been unable to maintain a steady job due to regular flare ups and despite PSC being on the list of covered diseases, my disability appeals with SSA and Prudential have all been denied.

Now, I am months behind on rent, utilities, and basic necessities, while my medical bills continue to grow. The stress and uncertainty are overwhelming, and I cannot do this alone. I urgently need help to keep a roof over my head, cover essential expenses, and focus on fighting this disease.
