My father was a very empathetic person who loved to be there for everyone. His whole neighborhood loved him, and he was always there to lend a helping hand. As a father of four, he never stopped believing in us, even when times were tough. He struggled with keeping a positive mindset about himself, but he never gave up on anyone and always remained positive with his community. His passing was very unexpected and has been incredibly rough on my family. I am a college student, and now I have to figure out a way to travel back home and help my family through this difficult time. We are a low income family, and the costs of arranging a funeral are overwhelming. The funds raised will go directly toward giving my father the respectful farewell he deserves.
