Hello, I am Ann, a belgian mother, living in Germany and I got a request from Rana, the sister from Hala (who I met on Instagram with the request to amplifie her GFM some months ago). She asked if I could help her with starting a GFM.
A quote that I read a month ago, has inspired me to do so.
" It is now the time that there has to be something by someone...and I think that I am that someone.
I am Rana Al-Hadidi, a doctor and the mother of three children: Hassan, 12 years old, Mai, 11 years old, and Ibrahim, 9 years old. We are residents of northern Gaza. We have witnessed many wars, and every time we were lucky to survive, but in this war, we lost our work, our source of income, our house, and everything we owned, and we were displaced. Several times until we finally reach the city of Rafah. My son Ibrahim suffers from multiple allergies and needs a specific food, which I cannot give him now. He also suffers from ADHD. We suffered daily until I, my daughter, and my sick son were able to leave for Egypt. My husband, my son Hassan, and my sick father-in-law remained in Gaza. We are in desperate need of help so that we can build our lives and provide a decent living for our children and so that we can meet again together somewhere in this world. I look to your kind hearts to help and support us so that we can overcome all this pain and be able to live in peace with our children and so that I can provide treatment for myself as well. I need daily treatment as I suffer from a chronic hereditary disease that hinders my daily activity, lupus erythematosus.

The Money plan:
1. We need 12500 dollars for evacuation (my son , my husband, and his father). You know the child needs 2500 dollars, and the adult needs 5000 dollars .
2. We need 5000 dollars per year for rent.
3. I need treatment, and my youngest son ibrahim 1000 dollars per month.
4. We need resources (foods and clothes.,ect..) 1000 per month.
The money from this fund will be transferred with paypal. Like Rana wrote, she is in Egypt and has the ability to have acces to paypal. She can transfer it then on the family`s bankaccount, so that her husband has acces to it, for paying to cross the border.
The efforts of one person can't move mountains. It's the strength of us all working together that makes a change.
