Today, a rocket exploded near my house in Ukraine. There are no windows left at our house and the structure itself has been compromised. Our once safe and loving home is now unlivable. During the attack, my mom was trying to escape her room when the door got stuck. She couldn't exit, and the fear and panic she experienced in those moments are indescribable. Thankfully, she is safe now, but the house is unlivable.

My mom is living at home alone with 2 of my grandmas. One of my grandmas almost doesn't walk and is 85 years old. Only the curtains saved her from a huge amount of glass shards that were sent flying due to the shockwave. The thought of what could have happened to her is terrifying.

Most of the front of our house is made of glass windows all of which were completely destroyed. We aim to raise $7000 to begin covering the costs of repairing our home and making it livable again. This includes replacing all the windows, repairing the structural damage, and restoring the interior to ensure it is safe for our family. Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring us closer to our goal and help us rebuild our lives.
