Why I'm Raising Funds

My name is Hamza, and I’m creating this campaign to urgently help my family in Gaza, who are facing a life-threatening food crisis.

Since the war escalated, life in Gaza has become nearly impossible. Buildings are destroyed, homes are gone, and there is no steady access to food or basic supplies. My family is among those struggling every single day just to survive.

The Reality in Gaza Right Now

There is almost no flour, sugar, or basic food left in Gaza. When supplies do appear, they are sold at extreme prices that most families simply cannot afford.

For example:

A single bag of flour can cost up to $500

A small amount of sugar is over $100

Cooking oil and other essentials are priced at rates 3-5 times higher than before the war

On top of this, there’s a severe cash shortage. Even if someone has money in a bank or on a card, they cannot always withdraw it. There’s a black market for cash where people have to pay up to 40% just to convert funds into physical money they can actually use. This makes the situation even more desperate.

What the Funds Will Be Used For

Every donation to this campaign will go directly to:

Buying food (flour, sugar, rice, canned food, oil, etc.)

Covering the high cost of accessing cash (the only way to actually buy supplies in Gaza now is through these costly cash services)

Helping my family meet basic survival needs

This is not about comfort—this is about survival.

Why I’m Doing This

I am doing this because I cannot watch my family go hungry or face these impossible choices alone. I’m asking for your support to help me protect and feed them during this extremely difficult time. Gaza is in ruins, and aid is not reaching everyone equally. Many families, including mine, are completely cut off from regular supply routes and humanitarian help.
