Almost 20 years ago I was the top female Paralympic air rifle shooter in the United States vying to compete at the Beijing 2008 Olympic & Paralympic Games. I am back, planning to make it onto Team USA and to the summer Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games!

The United States is one of the only countries in the world that's government gives no funding to their Olympic and Paralympic athletes until they make Team USA, relying solely on fan donations. It's a very expensive endeavor, especially in a sport like precision air rifle. It involves very pricey gear, travel all over the world for required matches, coaching and much more.

After talking to the Team USA national coach and being confident in my skills and ability to bring back a medal for the U.S., I am going for it, but will need a lot of financial assistance to do this.
