I’m an illustrator and writer who loves to create stories with pictures and words. My dream is to create picture books, comics and art all inspired by people and places as well as the sights and sounds around me and share that with the world.

I applied to a renowned artist residency in France, a place I have only dreamed of visiting with its rich culture, language, art, music and people and to my surprise I was accepted! But, I don’t have the funds necessary to attend. It is a wonderful opportunity and only a limited amount of applicants are accepted into the program. I would love the chance to be able to experience the cities and countryside in France with my own eyes and I can only imagine all the beautiful and inspiring sights to see there.

I made this fundraiser in the hopes that I would be able to afford the trip to France, the costs to attend the residency and the funds needed for my stay there. It would be a wonderful and unforgettable opportunity to meet other artists and writers and have new experiences in France that would inspire my stories and work and enrich my future as an artist for years to come.
