My name is Alan. Last year I moved back to Cusco, Peru, with the dream of opening up my own little restaurant. The idea was to create a variety of dishes from around the world using ingredients indigenous to the area.

I recently had my residency approved have registered the busin ess. the location is in the process of renovation. once this is done o can finaly apply for the licenses necessary.

Having been here over a year at this point, my savings are not going to cover the costs. I would really appreciate any help possible.
