I am currently pursuing an active federal civil rights case in the United States District Court for the District of Idaho involving disability and housing rights. Because this matter is ongoing, I cannot discuss specific details publicly. What I can share is that navigating federal litigation requires significant time, focus, and financial resources — even when representing myself. Court-related expenses include filing and service fees, document preparation and printing, legal research tools, transportation to hearings and appointments, and attorney consultation or limited-scope representation.

Over the past year, I have also experienced housing instability and periods of homelessness while this case has been pending. Managing basic survival needs alongside federal court proceedings has been incredibly challenging. I remain committed to pursuing this matter respectfully and through proper legal channels.
