Need your support for Typhoon Carina for my brother’s kids

Help my deceased brother’s family recover from Super Typhoon Carina

Tropical cyclone Carina intensified into a super typhoon on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 causing flooding, displacing Filipino people including my deceased brother Roberto’s children and grandchildren. He lost his battle to stage 4 liver cancer.

When Roberto was alive he used to rescue people stranded during typhoons. Now his children and grandchildren need to be rescued.

I am organizing this fundraiser to provide assistance to help my late brother’s children find housing in higher grounds, supply them with food, hygiene items, clothing.

One of my nephew has a huge wound on his big toe, was stranded for 2.5 days without food.

June to September is the typhoon season in the Philippines. My brother’s family live near the River. When La Mesa Reservoir in Quezon City overflowed Wednesday, it flowed to Tullahan River causing massive flooding where they live and surrounding communities.

My family helped each other in times of needs especially during calamities. When our nephew was alive he used to give each family rice and canned goods to help them get through the days they cannot work. Millions of Filipinos work today to put food on the table the next day. When my oldest brother was alive he used to find missing family members.
