Hello, my name is Erin and I've recently had several personal emergencies;

1: At the beginning of this month (October 2025), my car was unlawfully repossessed by the financier. I had worked out a signed arrangement in order to get my past due balance caught up wherein I would make two payments per month and continue to do so after the fact. I had made my dual payments for the month of September as agreed upon. Their system, however, malfunctioned and my vehicle was assigned for repossession and taken about 24 hours later without any notice. I have until October 31st to pay the full past due balance and am only about halfway there with my savings. I am currently walking about four miles per day carrying my five year old to get her to school.

2: I have had to call the sheriffs dept four times in the last two weeks due to some actions perpetrated by the father of my children, and an additional five times in the last six months due to actions I am unable to legally document here, but I need to obtain some protection which does require a substantial amount of legal fees. My eldest daughter has reported some concerns of her own and has requested to be included in any protection that I seek out.

3: I am currently unable to work and receiving disability per my medical team, but it is significantly less than I would be making at my full time job as a nurse.

4: My father has had a medical emergency as well that for his privacy I cannot share here, and is unable to afford the cost of treatment.

Overall, it has been a really crappy few weeks and I'm just a single mother trying to put my life back together within the short timeframe I've been given.
