Support Our Daughters football team in memory of her Mum

Hi Everyone

This has been a very challenging year for my family, with the sad loss of my wife totally unexpectedly in December to which we still do not have the answers too and will not for some many months. Some of you may know my wife she worked as the assistant manager in Superdrug in Gosport and more recently was the store manager of Farm Foods in Gosport.

Our daughter plays football for a local team in Gosport and without this network of support from the friends and Mums and Dads of the team , I strongly believe it would have been even harder for our daughter who is 10 to get through such a challenging time , this is has given her focus and determination to make her Mum proud. The picture is of her mum and her together like two peas in pod. Everyday is a challenge as no one knows when or how grief will hit you. We are hoping with the support of the local community, family and friends you all maybe able to help in some way however small it all helps, the team my daughter plays for require dry robes for all the girls next season as we all know how unpredictable the British weather can be these would help to keep the girls dry and warm when on the bench and when warming up. Our daughter would like to give back to the support network that has helped her along her way during such a traumatic life experience, your help is greatly appreciated.
