Things have been extra rough. My dad was just diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. I’ve been trying to get him help, but I’m a solo human on this ride and I am the only family member left connected to him.

I’m fundraising to help transition him from independent life to life at my place. I need help getting his legal affairs in order, paying off medical bills, living expenses, office rent that he’s left unpaid, cleaning out his office, sorting all of his stuff, and transitioning his entire life to a new location to establish a new pattern with more daily support. It’s a lot. I’m trying my best, but I could use some help if you can spare it.

My dad is a sweetheart. As an architect, he designed many interesting buildings and helped out working-class folks and communities. He never earned enough money to create a retirement account. Now we’re here, at this juncture. Anything helps. Thank you.
