I am a young student, baker, chef, caterer, and business owner. I have been presented with the opportunity to explore culture, tradition, and cuisine at a culinary school in Kyoto, Japan this summer.

This would be a wonderful opportunity for me to expand my horizons as a chef and be able to work closely with professionals as well as peers with similar goals. However, this trip is not gonna be cheap, which is why I want to raise $10,000 in order to live comfortably in another country for a month.
