Hello friends and family. I am currently trying to save up funds to put towards my trip to Washington, DC for college. This is a two week trip that will impact my future career and future in generally heavily. I will be touring C-Span, getting to know the founder in hopes for possible internships in the future, and also learning so much about politics and the world around me through hands on experiences and mentorship’s.

I currently am a freshmen in college at Purdue University and I had to go through interviews and writing up an essay to get chosen to go on this trip. It is a big deal! I am very excited because I will be taking classes while I am there as well which will go towards my college credits and education.

If any are able, I would truly appreciate any donations possible to go towards this trip! Paying for college isn’t easy and with these May-Mester trips, we don’t really receive much funding and it is mostly out of pocket.
