Hello, my name is Cory Sugg. I played baseball for San Joaquin Delta College and recently committed to the University of Hawaii to continue my academic and athletic career. I grew up playing baseball at Morada Little League and continued to play at Tokay High, where my love for the game continued. I have stuck with it since, knowing this is the plan God has for me. I started coaching at Hoover Tyler Little League, and learned that coaching is what I want to pursue after my baseball career is over. Seeing these young men grow and develop has truly touched my heart, knowing I can leave a lasting impact on their lives.
Playing Division 1 baseball has been a dream of mine since I started playing. As I transition from Junior College to a University, there are many expenses not covered by scholarships and financial aid, such as travel, housing, books, and other living costs. Any support would be greatly appreciated, as it would slim the financial burden, allowing me to focus better on the field and in the classroom. I am beyond blessed to have this opportunity, but there is more to it for me than just baseball. I want to use my time in Hawaii to prepare myself to coach and mentor the next generation of athletes.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. If you’re able to donate, I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. If not, a share or a prayer is just as valuable. I’m excited for what’s ahead, and I’m thankful for everyone supporting me along the way. Let's do this together!
