Support Muss and Eri as They Face Stage 4 Lung Cancer

On the 6th of September, Muss—a devoted husband and father of two—received the heartbreaking diagnosis of stage 4 small cell lung cancer.

Muss's journey began a few months ago when he started experiencing a persistent, harsh cough. Despite numerous visits to GPs, private and public hospitals, and undergoing blood tests, PET scans, and various other tests, nothing alarming was found at first.

It wasn’t until recently that the devastating news came for both Muss and Eri.

The cancer is now pressing against his esophagus, making it hard for him to eat solid foods and requiring him to follow a special diet.

Without chemotherapy, Muss has been given only 3 to 6 months, but he and his wife, Eri, are determined to fight this disease with all they have. While Eri continues to work full-time to cover their household expenses, rent, and Muss's medical bills, she hopes to reduce her work hours soon to focus on caring for Muss as his health declines.

Eri is under immense pressure, juggling the role of primary caregiver and sole income earner, all while trying to be there for her husband. We want to support Eri and relieve her of the financial worries, so she can be present with Muss during these critical moments.
