On August 9, 2026, my 18-year-old brother, Musa Hamza Coulibaly, was struck by a hit-and-run driver while on James P. Cole Boulevard in Flint, Michigan. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and has since undergone 3 surgeries. He is still fighting for his life.

The driver fled the scene and has not been identified. While our family works to get justice for Musa, we are also facing the overwhelming cost of his medical care, surgeries, hospital stays, and the recovery ahead of him.

We are asking for your help to ease this burden so our family can focus on being by Musa’s side instead of worrying about how to pay for his care. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to giving Musa the support he needs to heal.
