Support Murdock (and Alex's) Safe Haven Repairs

Asking for help is not a strength of mine but being honest with myself is and I need help. I'm putting in good work into myself and doing my darndest to make this house a home but I'm in over my head with this house and it's doing my head in with how it nickel and dimes me constantly.

It needs a new sink, the plumbing in the kitchen need to be replaced, the toilet needs to be replaced as its not really attached to the floor anymore, there's a hole in the backroom ceiling and a massive crack, there's a crack in ceiling in the front room, I can see light around the door frame in the front room, the frame is falling off the house for the back door, a dead raccoon in the attic that shredded all of the ductwork and defecated and urinated all over the insulation up there, the windows almost all leak, there's termite damage to the wood under the siding, the ants are never ending, and the roof is in desperate need of replacement. I'd also really like a real fence for Murdock, not the "wing it and make it work" one I built randomly that is on it's last legs - but that comes later.

I need help. I have a quote for my roof that I'll upload photos of it and my roof, that is currently tarped, I need to replace the door frames, the ductwork needs to be replaced the insulation purged/replaced. I would love to eventually have centrail air but that is a ways down the road. I would also very much like to replace the toilet so it's failure is no longer imminent.

Every penny from this will go to home repairs. Every penny will go to making this house that someone else destroyed into a Safe Place when I can open my home and share the peace I have created for myself with other's.

I want this home to be a Haven for the people I love and for myself. Please, help me do that.
