As we have shared, Ms. Shannon recently learned that she has breast cancer and will begin to undergo treatments in the fight against it. As you also already know, Ms. Shannon is a cherished member of our community who has always put the needs of her students and their families before all else. We wish to surround her with the same love, support, and care she has shown others over the years.

Her battle against breast cancer will be an incredibly difficult journey, both physically and emotionally. While Ms. Shannon is courageously preparing for the road ahead, we hope to support her be alleviating some of the burdensome costs of medical bills, transportation to and from appointments, and other ongoing expenses so that she can focus on what truly matters – her health and recovery.

We know each contribution will mean the world to Ms. Shannon. The L&L community can make a difference in her recovery and help her through this difficult time as we share our strength and love.
