Funds for Nicole and Ashley Llorens
Donation protected
Last Update: April 5, 2019
I want to thank everyone who donated to and shared this campaign site with friends. I am proud of our Bright Horizon's community for raising... drum roll... $7,411.11 for the Llorens twins! (That's after Go Fund Me fees.) Way to go! I have been in communication with Ms. Nicole, and at her request all funds have been directed to their parents.
I am closing this campaign but for anyone who finds themselves here and would like to donate, please check out their family's Love & Hope for Nicole & Ashley Go Fund Me campaign, linked here: https://www.gofundme.com/72htem8.
Ms. Nicole and Ashley have a long road to recovery and I know every little bit helps. For updates, see: https://www.caringbridge.org/visit/ashleyandnicolellorens
Update: April 1, 2019
Thank you to all the parents, teachers, and friends who have donated, who have shared this campaign page so others can donate, and who have passed along their well-wishes, prayers, and love. I just love our Bright Horizon's community. We continue to root for Ms. Nicole and her sister Ashley to continue to gain strength and heal.
I'll be closing this campaign on Friday, April 5, 2019, and sending the funds directly to Ms. Nicole or with her permission to her mother or father. Let's see if we can hit our goal of $10,000 by then! There is a CaringBridge site for the twins that their uncle runs, with wonderful updates. Check out the comments below for a link to that site. From those updates I understand the twins' parents are setting up a Go Fund Me account as well, so there will be more opportunity to donate.
Thank you, everyone!

We were devastated to hear that Ms. Nicole Llorens, our children’s beloved Bright Horizons Preschool 2 Teacher, and her twin sister Ashley were involved in a very serious car accident on Sunday, March 17, 2019. The news passed along to Bright Horizon families this morning is that Ms. Nicole and her sister Ashley are both in serious to critical condition at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
We are hoping for a full recovery but understand the sisters will likely have a long road ahead. This Go Fund Me campaign was started by Bright Horizon families who love Ms. Nicole and want to raise funds to support both Ms. Nicole and Ashley, to help defray the costs of what will surely be mounting medical bills, with no income until they are able to work again. Anything you can contribute would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
