Support Ms. Erica Starling's Healing Journey

Our beloved Ms. Erica Starling, who touched countless lives during her dedicated service at the Gadsden County School Board Administration Building (2007-2010), Gadsden Elementary Magnet (2010-2014), and George W. Elementary (2014-2016), urgently needs our support on her healing journey.

On Saturday, September 28, 2024, Ms. Starling suffered a devastating stroke that has temporarily taken away her ability to walk and limited the functionality of her hands. Known for her private nature and independent spirit, she now finds herself homebound, requiring extensive physical therapy and daily medical care. The severity of the stroke has prevented her return to the profession she loves, leaving her without income while medical expenses continue to mount.

For those who know Ms. Starling, you'll remember her unwavering dedication to her students and colleagues. Now it's our turn to show her the same dedication and support she has shown to so many others throughout her career in education.
