Sponsor Ms. Daly’s Art Classroom!

My name is Caitlin Daly and I’m an art teacher at HPHS. This year marks a great loss of funding for materials and field experience for students. In order to offer all students authentic learning experiences, I am starting this classroom fund to support the 25-26 school year. The courses I teach this year include Painting (5 sections of 28 students), Ceramics (5 sections of 20 students), and Advanced Placement Studio Art (1 sections of 28 students).

Here is how your contribution supports our classroom:

$15- class set of microfiber cloths used for all classes

$20- class set of wooden molds for ceramic bowls

$30- one pint of cone 6 glaze ( glazes 6-12 pieces)

$50- supplies a full section of painting with an 11x14inch canvas panel

$60- class tin of watercolor pencils for AP Studio Art

$100- four gallons of acrylic paint (we use about 80 gallons in a school year)

$300- 1 bus for 50 students to plein air paint and draw from observation at a local state park

$1,000- 1 bus and tickets for 50 students to draw and paint from observation at Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory

$1,500- 1 bus for 50 students to explore the Museum of Modern Art in NYC
