Ms. Angie, known for her warmth and kindness, works at AdventHealth East Orlando delivering patient food trays, serving customers in the café, and helping wherever she’s needed. She’s been a dedicated part of our team, always ready with a smile and a kind word for everyone she meets. For nearly five years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Ms. Angie, and in all that time, I’ve never seen her without a smile—even on the busiest days, she never complains and always puts others first.
In December, Ms. Angie suffered a shoulder injury that kept her from returning to work. As she was recovering, she began experiencing abdominal bloating, which led to an emergency room visit. There, doctors performed a procedure to drain fluid from her abdomen, and it was during this time that she received the diagnosis of early stage ovarian cancer. This news has been a shock to all of us who care about her, and it has brought unexpected challenges to her life.
Ms. Angie has already started chemotherapy and is facing surgery in the near future. While she is out of work, she needs financial support to help cover her medical bills, surgery, and everyday living expenses. Ms. Angie has always been the one to take care of others, and now she needs our help. If you’re able, please consider supporting Ms. Angie during this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference in her journey to recovery.
