Ms. Amanda has been a member of the Bay View Academy community for 8 years! She has served our community as a compassionate, loving and highly skilled instructional aide, providing tremendous support to our youngest learners. Ms. Amanda's husband suffered a serious stroke recent and had to be airlifted to Stanford for treatment. He is recovering now, but it will be a long road for their family. He is confined to a wheelchair and struggles with responsiveness. He is obviously unable to work and Ms. Amanda needs to take time off to support his recovery. We are hoping that our incredible BVA community will rally behind them and help to raise funds to make up for the loss of income they are experiencing.
