Support Mrs. Maria's Sadaqah Jariyah

إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

“Surely we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return.” (Qur’an 2:156)

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved teacher, mother, and friend Mrs. Maria. She touched countless lives with her kindness, wisdom, and compassion. Truly, her smile and gentle spirit were a mercy to all who knew her.

To honor her beautiful legacy, we are coming together to raise funds for a well in Africa (sadaqah jariyah, ongoing charity) in her name. This will be a continuous source of blessings for her, bringing life and hope to others just as she did for us.

The well costs $5,000.

Any funds raised beyond this will go toward settling any debts she may have left behind, to help ease the burden for her family.

This is a chance for all of us—students, family, and friends—to give back to someone who gave so much. Every contribution, big or small, is a part of her legacy of love and goodness.

May Allah grant her the highest ranks of Jannah, forgive her shortcomings, and reward her abundantly for the light she spread in this world.
