Support Mr. Montanez Through His Recovery

Hi, my name is Crystal. Folks who know me might already know, my father suffered a stroke this past father's day. After an intense procedure and a long stay at the hospital, he has come home and is undergoing therapy and numerous appointments to maintain his health and regain mobility on the left side of his body.

Anyone who knew my father knew he was very active. Everyone in the neighborhood knew him to be around riding his bike or skateboard, speeding down central park hills, and always going on adventures. This has been a difficult time as he adjusts. Beyond his physical limitations, the family has had a hard time financially keeping up in this process. Beyond some leftover debt from the hospitalization process, it has been difficult keeping up with rent, copayments for the numerous visits, transportation, and basic daily essentials.

I'm here asking for support as my income is not enough to help my father and family members through this difficult time. If anyone can support in any way that would be greatly appreciated. No matter the case, my family and I are grateful for my father to still be around and in recovery after the severity of his stroke.

What is gathered here will be used toward paying off medical debt, keeping up with rent and new appointment payments, his transportation methods, and more.
