Sometimes, bad things happen to great people. As you may be aware, one of our teachers, Mr. Bill McLain was sent to the emergency room in August to be treated for abnormal heart rate. Since that time, he and his wife, Melissa (Eastland's Food Service Director), have spent countless days and nights traveling to receive answers. Unfortunately, at this time, they have not figured out the exact cause. Still, Bill and Melissa continue to express optimism and hope that their visits to Northwestern will provide the answers they desperately need and deserve.

As you can imagine, the costs of this extended medical absence continue to rise. Numerous members of our Eastland family have asked if there was a way to donate financially to two highly regarded and well-respected members of our community.
