Mr. Stuart Drosnes has been the music teacher at Villa Maria Academy since 1987. For nearly four decades, he has shared his passion for music and created magic in the classroom, inspiring generations of students and fostering a lifelong love of the arts. His dedication, kindness, and talent have left a lasting impact on countless students, alumni, and colleagues.

Due to an unfortunate event, Mr. Drosnes resigned, leaving the Villa Maria community heartbroken. Current students, alumni, and coworkers all feel the loss of a beloved educator who gave so much of himself to the school and its students.

This fundraiser is a way for us to show Mr. Drosnes our unwavering support and heartfelt thanks for his 39 years of service. Catholic school teachers are often underpaid, yet they give endlessly of their time, talent, and hearts. This gesture is our way of honoring all that Mr. Drosnes has done, the lives he has touched, and the legacy he leaves behind—while also giving him the appreciation and proper send-off he truly deserves.
