Mr. Cinnamon is our beloved kitty boy. He is about 9 months old and walked into our home (and hearts) seeking refuge last fall. He quickly became a pillar of emotional support and unconditional love in our household. We have grown together and shared so many ups and downs over the last several months.

Unfortunately, last week there was an accident in our household, and my young daughter tripped and fell, landing on Cinnamon. (She is okay, but very shaken up by the incident) After being examined by a vet and xrayed, it was determined that Mr. Cinnamon has a broken hip joint and will require further surgery to help ensure his comfort and quality of life.

I am currently a single mother of 2 and just left and abusive relationship last year, leaving me unemployed and without the necessary resources to help Cinnamon at this time. I just recently used all of my savings to purchase a vehicle, so that I can now hopefully find employment once again. This accident just came at a very unfortunate time.. Nothing is expected, but anything is appreciated ❤️

I am picking Cinnamon up from the vet tomorrow and will be bringing him home with a wrap and pain medicene until we can pursue further medical treatment. The vet quoted me $2000 for the procedure and medications needed.
