“Fight to Lose” has been officially invited to represent Mozambique at the prestigious International University Theater Festival (FITU), taking place from February 2–7, 2026, at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) in Spain.

This is an incredible opportunity to bring our performance, a powerful reflection on war, memory, and resistance, rooted in the conflict in Cabo Delgado to an international stage. Through art, we will share the voices and experiences of Mozambican communities with the world.

However, our participation depends on your support.

While the festival will provide accommodation and other local logistics, our company is responsible for covering the round-trip airfare from Maputo to Santiago de Compostela for three artists.

We are raising funds to cover 3 airfares, which are essential for us to participate fully in this important cultural event and represent university theater and Mozambican culture internationally.
