Hello, this is difficult but I am asking for donations to help with upcoming moving expenses and medical bills coming in. As many of you know, I have had some unexpected health issues come up in February of this year. It's going to be an ongoing process. I had a 15-day stay in the hospital and have many follow-up visits coming up. I also will be getting heart surgery soon in the future. I was trying to go back to work for a little bit, but my return to work restrictions got denied. They also stopped my short-term disability pay on 4/20. I am working to try to get that started again, but I'm not sure how that will work out.

I am moving out of my apartment and in with family and have to be out by June 1. I am asking for any support you can give and to share this if you feel comfortable. Thank you for your time to read this.
