I want to take a moment to share the story of an incredible person close to me, Moth, who is just 16 years old and is currently facing a tough battle against medulloblastoma, a fast-growing, cancerous brain tumor.

What started as two weeks of nausea, headaches, and vomiting led to an emergency room visit that delivered the life-changing news of a brain tumor requiring immediate surgery. Just two weeks later, the diagnosis confirmed it was medulloblastoma.

On Easter Sunday, Moth was transferred from her home in Oklahoma to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis to begin six + months of intensive chemotherapy and radiation.

Anyone who knows Moth and their family knows how generous and loving they are—always the first to lend a hand and never asking for anything in return. Now, they need our help.

This GoFundMe has been set up to help ease the financial burden that comes with this life-altering event. The funds will go towards additional medical costs, travel expenses, lost income, and ongoing care.

Any money that isn’t used will be donated to St. Jude’s to help other families who are facing similar challenges.
