Help Jennifer Fight Lung Rejection For O’Shae
Donation protected
Hi , everyone my name is Jenifer. I was born with a cyanotic congenital heart disease “ which means i have been blue my whole life and needed several life saving surgeries prior to my heart/lung transplant. In 2019 I received a heart and double lung transplant, that completely changed my life for the better. I finally felt like I could live a normal life after my recovery.
In 2022 I was blessed with my son, O’shae in March of 2022. He is my reason I keep fighting through my heart disease. He is now 3 years old and needs me, but sadly I’ve been in the hospital struggling to breathe and fighting for my life to be there for my son.
I was informed recently that my body has gone into chronic lung rejection after 5 years. I was evaluated for a new lung transplant but was told that it was too risky.
I’m currently in a critical illness recovery hospital in Southern California. I’ve been here alone trying to fight for my life. I am unable to care for my son because I depend on oxygen 24 / 7 and everyone knows how energetic a 3 year old is.
Right now we are asking for donations to help offset the cost of my medical bills, but more importantly to help provide for O’shae because I cannot at the moment. He is currently under the care of his father, whom lives in another state. until we figure out what are the next steps for me to get back home with my son and figure out the complexities of getting my much needed lung transplant.
Much love:
