My name is Mossa Hijazi, and I am writing these words with a broken heart, but also with hope that compassionate people around the world will hear our story and stand with us.

We are living through a brutal war that has taken everything from us. We lost our home and all our belongings everything we ever owned was destroyed. We are left with nothing but the love that keeps our family together as we fight to survive each day. There is no safety, no shelter, no stability only constant fear, hunger, and lack of medical care.

I created this GoFundMe campaign to help my family survive this war and secure our most basic human needs:

• A safe place to live

• Food and clean water

• Urgent medical care and treatment

But our dream goes beyond survival. We hope that once the border crossing opens, we will be able to travel to a safe country, far from danger, so we can start over. We want to rebuild our lives, continue our education, work again, heal from trauma, and most importantly give our children a future they deserve, a life not shaped by fear or war.
