Update: as COP28 kicks off, we achieve 25% of the goal! But there still is some way to go, so please consider sharing this campaign to support me in reaching as many people as possible.

Hello everyone,

My name is Moses Ssekyanzi, a 24-year-old Climate Justice Activist from Uganda and the founder of Star Hands Organisation, a youth-led nonprofit organization.

I have been accredited to attend the United Nations COP28 in Dubai, UAE. As a climate and social justice activist, this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will support my future career goal and dreams of becoming one of the best climate advocate leaders.

Although I would love to pursue this opportunity to share the voices of youth from Uganda and the underrepresented voices from the Global South on the global stage, attending a conference in Dubai for over 7 days is unfortunately a cost I cannot fund on my own, especially as a young activist. That is why I would greatly appreciate financial support to make this opportunity a reality.

Thank you for all of your kind support in advancing youth involvement in policy-making for our future.
