Support Morgan and Duchess in Tough Times

Hi, I am Morgan and that is Duchess. We have had a rough few months as of late. I have broken my ankle, which I will need surgery for, and my dog and I were in a car accident. We were evicted about 3 months ago, just moved into a new place, and I cannot work right now. I am waiting on my short-term disability to come through from my job. She is my service animal and a shelter will not accept her. Any help will do.
