The Moore County 12U All-Stars competed at the Dixie Softball State Championship from July 5-9. The girls fought their way through some tough competition and took 2nd place. This earned them an opportunity to represent North Carolina in the Dixie Softball World Series starting July 26th in East Ouachita, Louisiana.

***This is the first time Moore County has ever sent a All-Star team Baseball or Softball to the Dixie World Series. This is not an every year occurance or something that occurs routinely. These girls have worked extrmely hard to get into uncharted territory. Please consider this when donating, as you may not get the opportunity again to show your support.

The team requires new uniforms to not just represent Moore County, but the great state of North Carolina. Funds raised will cover travel costs and hotels for our girls. This allows our girls and their families to focus on practice and preparing for the games and not the financial strain of airfare and hotel costs. Please share and support these young ladies in their journey to bring the Dixie World Series Championship back to North Carolina.

***Business Owners who wish to donate $1,000 or more and want to utilize this as an advertising expense write off will receive an advertising banner of their choice displayed at the Moore County Parks and Recreation fields for 1-year and a receipt for their donation. Additionally, business logos will be placed on the team banner hung outside the dugout.
