Mookie Dior is our sweet, loving boy and a huge part of our family. On Monday, Mookie underwent surgery to remove his tonsils, correct his soft palate, and repair his nares to help improve his airway so he could live a full, healthy life. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse after surgery. Mookie has developed a serious infection and is currently unable to breathe or heal on his own. Due to severe swelling that is obstructing his airway, he now needs another corrective surgery.

Mookie has already been to three hospitals and is now being cared for at MissionVet Specialty Hospital, where a full team of specialists is working together to help him recover. We are doing everything we can to save our baby, but the medical costs are quickly adding up. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward Mookie’s surgery and recovery.
