Support Moo Moo's Tail Surgery and Recovery

Hi there! My name is Moo Moo. I’m a 5-year-old English bulldog, and my mom adopted me six months ago. Life hasn’t always been kind to me. My first family gave me up because they couldn’t care for me, and my second family wasn’t very nice—they left me outside all day until a kind lady rescued me and brought me to a shelter. That’s where I met my mom. It was love at first sight! She saw that all I wanted was to be loved and cared for, and she promised to give me the life I deserve.

But not long after I found my forever home, I started to struggle with a painful condition called tail dermatitis, which caused severe recurring infections. After visiting several veterinarians, the best solution was to have my tail removed. My mom had to make a quick decision before the infection caused more damage. My doctors advised her to do what was best for me, even though the surgery cost $4,987—a lot of money for her, my tail was successfully removed Tuesday Jan 7.

Now, we’re asking for a little help from our community. If you can contribute to help ease my mom’s financial burden, we would be forever grateful. I’ll even wag my imaginary tail in appreciation! I promise I’m worth it—I’m sweet, funny, friendly, and full of love.

Moo Moo’s tail issues started because her breeders cut it too short when she was a puppy, which led to infections as she grew older.
