I'm Montse Contreras, and after tough years of dealing with gastrointestinal issues, multiple polypectomies, endoscopies, and 5 different gastroenterologists, I'm finally scheduled for a TIF surgery to repair my hiatal hernia and treat my GERD. It's a much-needed step toward managing Barrett's Esophagus—but it's also costly.

I've had frequent hospital visits and take daily meds, but at this point, medication provides little relief. This surgery gives me hope—but I could use some help covering costs like copays, meds, and special dietary needs while I recover.
