Hello This is my friend Monserrat she is a single mom that was in a car accident last night after work she was heading home with one of her co workers and they had a car accident she was in the hospital she need surgery and she got released home because she does not have medical insurance we ask for any donations so she can get surgery so she can get back to work as soon as possible since her job does not have any coverage and she was off the clock she takes care of her Son and her mother here in San Ysidro anything helps thank you and God bless you.
