Support Monkey's Heart Health Journey

Monkey is my little man that has just recently been diagnosed with heart failure. This past year, he really started slowing down and then began losing weight pretty rapidly. These past few months, I have been taking him to the vet to get him all kinds of tests done, mainly focusing on GI issues, but everything came out good and healthy. I was happy about that, but it didn’t answer my questions about what was going on with him. Then, on my last visit to the vet, he started coughing in front of the technician, and the vet was very concerned and insisted we get a chest x-ray done for him. I told her my budget, and she basically gave me the x-ray for free. And I’m glad she did because she came back and told me that he has fluid in his lungs, around his lungs, and in his abdomen, which would mean heart failure. I’m so grateful for this vet and her compassionate heart.

The past few months getting all these tests done, I have come to the end of my budget and need help to get the Ecco done and other exams and medication that will be needed. That’s why I’m doing a GoFundMe and feel pretty silly about it, but Monkey has been in my life through so much, and he’s my favorite thing. I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you.
