My name is Monique Teal. I am a senior at hero high school in the Bronx. I am setting up this go fund me to raise money to allow me the opportunity to wrestle again at Fargo nationals this summer July 15th-19th. I wrestled at Fargo last summer and didn’t get the outcome I wanted but after over a year of training I believe I can do better this summer!

I started wrestling two years ago. I didn’t think this sport was for me but my Wrestling coach convinced me to try out. I’ve been in awe with this sport ever since. It has opened doors for me that I never thought could be opened. I am now committed to Alfred state to continue my wrestling journey this fall and going to nationals will only help further prepare me for the big time wrestling. I placed 3rd at the NY states tournament which allows me a ticket to wrestle at a huge nationals. This is a dream opportunity that can also allow me my bigger goal of wrestling at a higher level. Their are alot of fees to wrestle at this big nationals (Deposits, Gear, Travel, Tournament fee, and Room/board) Please help me fund my wrestling dreams you won’t regret it
