I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease at the age of 13. I'm currently undergoing dialysis and in urgent need of a kidney transplant. Unfortunately, due to unpaid medical bills, I am unable to be placed on the transplant list at this time.

Because of my condition, I am unable to work, which makes it even more difficult to manage the financial burden of my healthcare. Any support — whether through sharing my story or offering help — would mean the world to me.
